Owl City is an synthpop/electronica project from Owatonna, Minnesota consisting solely of Adam Young. Young formed Owl City in 2007 and released 2 records as an unsigned act before gaining mainstream popularity in 2009 and being signed by Universal Republic.
Owl City's most notable song is "Fireflies" which made a significant showing in Billboard's Top 10. Lyrics to his songs "Fireflies", "Vanilla Twilight", "Hello Seattle", and "The Saltwater Room" can be found here.
